Job Title : Area Sales Manager (m / f / d)
As an Area Sales Manager, you are responsible for driving business growth, managing channel partners, and achieving sales targets across the KSA, Kuwait, and Bahrain markets. You play a pivotal role in executing the regional sales strategy and managing customer relationships, particularly for National Key Accounts. Your focus is not only on maximizing sales volumes but also on ensuring healthy profit margins and long-term partnerships. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, demanding strong strategic planning, commercial acumen, and people leadership skills. You act as a bridge between the company and key stakeholders in the region, ensuring alignment with business goals, responsiveness to market trends, and consistent delivery of results.
Your tasks
- Plan, prioritize and manage personal sales activities and customer / prospect contact within assigned region, towards achieving agreed business aims
- Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and sales methods such as presentations, meetings, follow up calls and relevant internal liaison, to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction
- Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations for existing and potential customers with detailing presentation of product features, operation, support services and outlining the resulting value propositions
- Estimate / forecast demand based on market dynamics and past performance of the distributor and dealers and share the prospect list with the reporting manager
- Make accurate, rapid cost calculations to provide customers with quotations and negotiate if required for closing sales while ensuring adherence to company norms
- Analyze monthly product wise distributor and dealer sales in the assigned region and share implications of the same with reporting manager to identify areas of network expansion / correction
- Introduce new products to dealers, implement new marketing plans
- Assist in planning and supporting local marketing activities to agreed budgets and timescales, and integrate personal sales efforts with other organized marketing activities, ., product launches, promotions, advertising, exhibitions, consumer surveys
Your profile
- You have completed a master’s degree in Business Management / Marketing
- You already have been able to gain experience in channel sales of electronics companies for between 4 and 6 years
- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting are important to you
- You have a high degree of customer and sales orientation as well as strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Good negotiation skills and influence are part of your profile
- You are used to communicate confidently with different stakeholders
- You required to travel frequently across KSA, Kuwait, and Bahrain.
- You convince with interpersonal skills such as empathy and are an organizational talent with an effective time management
- You follow current market developments and are able to react to potential changes
- Good clear communication in English. Arabic non-essential but useful. Go getter approach
