We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Sharjah UAE.

As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and meet company targets. You will also be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives and ensuring their success through training, coaching and performance evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company targets


• Identify new business opportunities and potential clients


• Build strong relationships with clients to promote repeat business


• Manage a team of sales representatives providing training, coaching and support as needed


• Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to ensure success


• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities


• Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and finance to develop cohesive strategies


• Prepare sales reports and present them to upper management

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field MBA preferred


• Minimum of 5 years experience in sales management role


• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets


• Experience in the same industry is preferred eg retail real estate


• Excellent communication skills in English knowledge of Hindi is a plus


• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team


• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously


• Knowledge of market research techniques and data analysis methods


• Must be willing to work flexible hours when needed

Salary

We offer a competitive salary package of $1700 per month along with commission based on individual and team performance.
