Job summary

RecruitMe Plus in Dubai seeks a results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow the company’s retail business across the UAE, focusing on household goods, homeware, and consumer products. The role requires deep market knowledge and established relationships with A-Class and B-Class retailers.

You will develop strategic plans, negotiate terms, drive listings and promotions, coordinate with operations and finance, and report on performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of relevant sales experience within household goods trading or consumer goods categories.
• Proven experience managing UAE retail accounts including A-Class and B-Class retailers.
• Strong existing relationships within UAE retail sector with major retailers like Carrefour, Lulu, Nesto, Almaya.
• Experience in both existing account management and new business development.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• UAE market experience is essential.

Position Overview:

The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and growing the companys retail business across the UAE market with a strong focus on household goods trading. The role requires an experienced sales professional with proven relationships across major retail accounts including A-Class and B-Class retailers such as Carrefour Lulu Nesto Almaya and other key customers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing existing accounts developing new business opportunities driving sales growth negotiating commercial agreements and expanding the companys market presence across the UAE retail sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with key retail accounts across the UAE market.
• Handle A-Class and B-Class retail customers including major retailers such as Carrefour Lulu Nesto Almaya and similar accounts.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business growth revenue and profitability targets.
• Manage existing accounts while identifying and securing new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers category managers and key decision-makers within the UAE retail sector.
• Negotiate commercial agreements pricing promotions listing fees trading terms and annual contracts.
• Drive product listings visibility availability and distribution expansion across retail channels.
• Monitor sales performance market trends competitor activity and customer requirements.
• Prepare sales forecasts account plans business reviews and performance reports.
• Work closely with internal teams including operations logistics finance and management to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to increase market share and expand the companys presence in the household goods category.
• Ensure timely collection follow-up and coordination with finance when required.
• Represent the company professionally in client meetings negotiations and business development discussions.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of relevant sales experience preferably within household goods trading homeware kitchenware cleaning products FMCG or similar consumer goods categories.
• Proven experience managing UAE retail accounts including A-Class and B-Class retailers.
• Strong existing relationships within the UAE retail sector especially with key accounts such as Carrefour Lulu Nesto Almaya and other major retailers.
• Solid experience in both existing account management and new business development.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets driving revenue growth and expanding market presence.
• Strong negotiation communication and relationship-building skills.
• Good understanding of commercial agreements retail trading terms promotions pricing and account planning.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
• Strong business acumen and target-driven mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel Outlook and PowerPoint.
• UAE market experience is essential.
