Sales Manager

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and a proven track record in sales.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and meet company goals
• Lead, motivate, and train a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team targets
• Monitor performance of the sales team and provide regular feedback and coaching to ensure continuous improvement
• Identify potential new clients, build relationships, and close deals to generate new business opportunities
• Manage key accounts, maintain customer satisfaction, and ensure timely delivery of products/services
• Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review

Requirements
