Job summary

Ennismore's Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi hotel is seeking a high-performing Sales Manager to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth, maximize the sales team's potential, and align plans with upper management.

You will design strategic business plans, recruit and coach sales staff, build lasting client relationships, and present forecasts; succeed in a luxury hospitality, competitive market.

Qualifications

• Degree in business administration or related field.
• Proven experience as sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong communication and mentoring/coaching abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.

Responsibilities

• Achieve growth and hit sales targets.
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and presence.
• Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
