Job summary

Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi is seeking a high-performing Sales Manager to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth in a luxury hospitality setting. You will oversee the sales team, craft plans, and present forecasts to upper management, ensuring a strong market presence.

The role requires a degree in business administration, proven sales leadership, and the ability to mentor teams. You will identify new markets, build lasting client relationships, and contribute to the hotel’s competitive

Qualifications

• Degree in business administration or a related field.
• Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
• Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
• Strong business sense and industry expertise.
• Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
