Flip retail is looking for a Sales Data Analyst to turn complex data into actionable insights that drive sales and brand strategies. You will deliver reports, dashboards and analyses to support Sales and Management decisions.

The role requires 2+ years in data or business analytics, data mining skills, and a degree in a quantitative field. Collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Operations is essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct internal and external data collection related to BU strategic strategies and efforts.
• Work closely with Sales Management Team to ensure evaluations are addressed promptly and accurately.
• Track performance on balanced scorecard campaigns and KPIs and prepare reports for Sales Management Groups.
• Interpret, review and relate research data to develop integrated analyses and forecasts for decision-making.
• Review financial performance data and prepare relevant analyses with stakeholders.
• Prepare detailed, accurate and up-to-date market reports on periodic and ad-hoc basis.
• Create periodic and ad-hoc scorecards for the Sales administration team.
• Able to translate situational data into signals supporting strategy development and execution.
