Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Jumeira, Dubai is seeking a Sales Executive, F&B to join our Sales team and drive business to meet and exceed targets. You will focus on building lasting relationships with clients and promoting the hotel’s luxurious F&B offerings.

Working closely with the Director of Sales and the sales team, you will implement sales strategies, conduct client visits and events, and ensure service excellence that reflects the Mandarin Oriental brand.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Director of Sales to drive business and exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets.
• Build long-term, value-based client relationships to achieve property sales objectives.
• Achieve personal booking goals and participate in strategic account planning.
• Communicate policies and SOPs to colleagues and ensure MO standards.
• Attend events, site visits, and client entertainment as required.
• Cross-sell Mandarin Oriental brand and monitor market trends.
