Job summary

Eastman Ceramic in the UAE is seeking an experienced Sales Executive for Ceramic Tiles / Building Materials to join our team. The role is full-time with a base salary of AED 2,200 plus commission and opportunities for growth.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in ceramic tiles sales, strong communication, and a proven ability to convert quotations into orders while maintaining excellent client relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in ceramic tiles sales.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Good problem-solving and logical thinking.
• Professional communication through calls, WhatsApp & email.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships and generate repeat business.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and close sales.
• Follow up on quotations, orders and deliveries.
• Handle customer concerns and provide post-sale service.
• Maintain strong and professional client relationships.
• Develop repeat business and new sales opportunities.
• Coordinate with showroom, warehouse and operations teams.
• Achieve sales targets and support company growth.
