Job summary

GMG Group in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a driven skincare and beauty sales associate to deliver exceptional customer service, recommend products, and meet store targets across busy retail environments.

You will build lasting relationships with customers, stay informed on brands, participate in merchandising, and support across shifts and locations to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant sales experience in skincare, beauty, cosmetics, or healthcare.
• Strong knowledge of skincare and beauty products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to work across shifts and locations.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and achieve store targets through customer engagement and product recommendations.
• Maintain strong knowledge of skincare, beauty products, and brands to support customers.
• Maximize sales through cross-selling and up-selling.
• Build strong customer relationships and follow up with high-potential customers.
• Ensure proper merchandising, product availability, and store presentation.
• Adhere to store KPIs, SOPs, inventory, expiry, and company policies.
• Ensure accurate handling of sales transactions and required documentation.
• Follow company, regulatory, and loss prevention policies.
• Be flexible to work across shifts and locations as needed.

Eligibility Criteria:

• High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree preferred

• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in skincare, beauty, cosmetics, or healthcare

• Strong knowledge of skincare and beauty products

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
