Job summary

Sims Blossoms in Dubai is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our fashion jewelry boutique. The role focuses on connecting with customers, hitting sales targets, and delivering a personalized shopping experience.

Candidates should communicate fluently in English and Hindi, be presentable, and capable of handling POS cash transactions. Weekend mall hours and shifts from 10am to 10pm (and later) are required.

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our Company. The ideal candidate will have passion for fashion accessories, should be able to connect with customers to drive sales and should be able to communicate in English and Hindi languages.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers providing knowledge and styling suggestions
• Achieve sales targets
• Ensure shop floor is clean, organized and visually appealing
• Handle billing and cash credit card transactions accurately
• Learn and familiarize with product ranges, new arrivals and promotions
• Build lasting customer relationships through excellent customer experience
• Manage inventory and operate PoS machine bar code scanners etc.
• Flexibility to work shifts weekends and mall hours typically 10am to 10pm on weekdays and 10am to 12am on weekends
• Presentable, well-groomed and passionate about fashion jewelry sales

Requirements

• Previous retail sales experience jewelry fashion or accessories preferred but not mandatory
• Customer service oriented with a friendly and professional approach
• Basic knowledge of POS cash handling
• Ability to communicate in English and Hindi languages
• Female candidates on husband's visa or self-sponsored who can fluently speak English and Hindi languages
• Someone with prior sales experience, outgoing personality with passion for customer engagement.
