Job summary

Remotedxb is seeking a Sales Engineering Manager to lead a team of Sales Engineers within the SLED segment in the UAE. You will guide technical direction, enable regional engineers, and collaborate with sales teams to craft solutions for customers.

The role requires strong leadership, cloud and data management expertise, and comfortable engagement with CxO-level stakeholders to align technology with business goals. This position is based in Dubai and offers strategic impact across key accounts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales engineering management experience.
• Fundamental knowledge in cloud data management, backup, disaster recovery, and data analytics.
• Experience working with CxO level personnel to solve business challenges.
• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Sales Engineers for the SLED team.
• Recruit and hire top Sales Engineering talent to expand coverage.
• Enable and provide technical leadership to Sales Engineers in the region.
• Provide technical direction to Sales Teams to build solutions for customers.
• Assist in the analysis, design, and development of integrated technology solutions.
• Demonstrate subject matter expertise in distributed architectures, file systems, and storage offerings.
• Deliver technical and sales presentations to customer technical staff and senior management.
• Serve as a trusted technology advisor to customers and an internal resource for technical issues.
• Build relationships with account teams, partners, and customers to support sales objectives.
