Job summary

FAMCO in the United Arab Emirates seeks a motivated Sales Consultant to drive growth of our Ingersoll Rand ARO pumps business across the UAE. You will develop new opportunities, manage key accounts, and expand market share within Oil and Gas, Chemicals, Food and Beverage, and Industrial Manufacturing.

The role combines strong technical know-how with commercial acumen to deliver sustainable sales growth, maintain profitability, and build long-term customer relationships through solution selling,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years' sales experience in air-operated diaphragm pumps and piston pumps.
• Proven ability to develop new business opportunities and meet sales targets.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Experience serving Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Food & Beverage, or Industrial Manufacturing sectors.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for air-operated diaphragm pumps and piston pumps.
• Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and identify new accounts.
• Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals.
• Conduct customer visits, product presentations, and solution discussions.
• Negotiate contracts while protecting margins.
• Monitor market trends and competition; share insights.
• Maintain accurate forecasts and customer records.
