Golden Falcon Aircondition Trading LLC in Dubai is seeking a dynamic Sales Engineer to drive HVAC solutions, AMC services, and rental options for the Dubai market. You will build relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and event companies to grow our customer base.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in HVAC sales, strong negotiation and communication skills, and are ready to work independently with a proactive, target-driven mindset to achieve monthly sales targets.

Competenze

• 1–3 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in HVAC or air conditioning.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
• Good existing sales contacts in Dubai or the UAE will be an advantage.
• Ability to identify new business opportunities and work independently.
• A proactive, target-oriented approach to sales and business development.

About Our Company

Golden Falcon Aircondition Trading LLC is a newly established Dubai branch backed by an expanding HVAC business network. Our head office in India operates as Falco Industries Pvt. Ltd., with a Qatar branch under Starwings. We also have our own AC unit brand, Falcon.

Our Business Focus

• Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) for air-conditioning systems

• Rental AC solutions for events and temporary cooling requirements

• AC rental and HVAC support for oil and gas shutdown projects

• HVAC sales, service, and project opportunities

Job Responsibilities

• Develop new customers and generate business opportunities.

• Build relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and event companies.

• Promote AMC services, rental AC solutions, and HVAC offerings.

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: AED 2,500–3,000 per month

• Food Allowance: AED 300 per month

• Accommodation: Provided by the company
