About the Role
Al Masaood Energy is currently recruiting experienced and highly motivated sales executive to be a part of a great team based at Abu Dhabi. If successful, you will be responsible for Fire safety sales.
Responsibilities
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals for fire and safety equipment (e.g., fire extinguishers, pumps, fire suppression systems, fire trucks) based on client requirements and project specifications.
- Conduct site visits and client meetings to resolve issues related to quotations, purchase orders, technical specifications, and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with clients and suppliers to monitor the status of purchase orders, address delays or rejections, and handle technical clarifications or product compatibility concerns.
- Deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations to clients and consultants, highlighting the features, applications, and compliance standards of fire protection systems (e.g., FM200, fire alarms, sprinkler systems).
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories or sectors, targeting potential clients in construction, industrial, and commercial domains.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring consistent follow-up, after-sales support, and satisfaction with installed systems and services.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets, prepare periodic sales reports, and analyze market trends to support business development strategies.
- Coordinate vehicle-related logistics, including servicing of fire trucks, pumps, and company vehicles equipped with fire systems.
- Manage after-sales services for commercial fire suppression systems (e.g., FM200, CO2 systems), including periodic inspections, refills, maintenance, and customer support.
- Collaborate with internal departments (technical, procurement, logistics) to ensure timely project execution and high-quality service delivery.
- Undertake additional duties as assigned by the Sales Manager or Department Head, aligned with the objectives of the Fire & Safety Division.
Required Skills
- minimum 3 years experience in sales, Fire and safety or related industry.
- Strong knowledge of Fire and safety products and industry regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Dealing with ADNOC or Governmental entitles
