Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Director specialized in Containerized Home & Modular Solutions. The ideal candidate will be a European national currently working in the UAE, with a proven record in driving sales growth, establishing strong client relationships, and taking full responsibility for elevating the business to the next level.
Products
Products include:
- Accommodation units
- Site offices
- Modular rooms
- Portable units in various sizes
- Sanitary containers, workshop systems, storage containers, temporary office containers, etc.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and expand the company’s sales and business development activities in the UAE and GCC markets.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company growth targets.
- Build and manage strong, long-term relationships with high-profile clients and key stakeholders.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while ensuring satisfaction of existing clients.
- Drive “getting the sale” using various sales techniques (door-to-door, presentations, networking, cold calling, etc.).
- Forecast sales, design innovative strategies/models, and evaluate their effectiveness.
- Oversee and mentor the sales team to consistently achieve performance targets.
- Attend exhibitions, client meetings, and industry events to strengthen market presence.
- Provide management with detailed sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence.
Skills
- European national currently working in UAE.
- Solid and proven Sales Director experience in containerized/modular solutions or related industries.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a sales team.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability.
- Proficient in sales pipeline management and business development tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or equivalent.
- UAE driving license and own car.
- Bilingual preferred (English mandatory).
