Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Director specialized in Containerized Home & Modular Solutions. The ideal candidate will be a European national currently working in the UAE, with a proven record in driving sales growth, establishing strong client relationships, and taking full responsibility for elevating the business to the next level.

Products include:

  • Accommodation units
  • Site offices
  • Modular rooms
  • Portable units in various sizes
  • Sanitary containers, workshop systems, storage containers, temporary office containers, etc.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and expand the company’s sales and business development activities in the UAE and GCC markets.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company growth targets.
  • Build and manage strong, long-term relationships with high-profile clients and key stakeholders.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities while ensuring satisfaction of existing clients.
  • Drive “getting the sale” using various sales techniques (door-to-door, presentations, networking, cold calling, etc.).
  • Forecast sales, design innovative strategies/models, and evaluate their effectiveness.
  • Oversee and mentor the sales team to consistently achieve performance targets.
  • Attend exhibitions, client meetings, and industry events to strengthen market presence.
  • Provide management with detailed sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence.
Skills
  • European national currently working in UAE.
  • Solid and proven Sales Director experience in containerized/modular solutions or related industries.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
