Manhattan Management Consultancy is looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales Development Representative fluent in Arabic and English to join our financial advisory team. The successful candidate will engage with provided leads, understand their financial requirements, qualify prospects, build client relationships, and generate sales opportunities for our financial advisory services.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Engage with provided leads to understand their financial needs, business requirements, and funding objectives.
• Qualify prospects based on their financial requirements, eligibility, and suitability for the company's services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients through professional communication and consistent follow-ups.
• Introduce relevant financial advisory solutions based on clients' stated requirements.
• Identify potential opportunities related to business financing, SME loans, working capital, and other relevant financial solutions offered by the company.
• Follow up with interested prospects and guide qualified leads through the initial stages of the sales process.
• Coordinate with the relevant internal teams to ensure a smooth client journey.
• Maintain accurate lead information, communication records, and follow-up activities in the CRM.
• Work towards individual sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, financial services, financial advisory, telemarketing, or business development.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to understand client requirements and qualify leads effectively.
• Target-oriented mindset with a focus on sales conversion.
