The Sales Coordinator – CIS Markets provides administrative, organizational, and sales support to the CIS Sales team within the Rixos Sales Corporate Office. This role ensures smooth day-to-day operations, effective communication with clients and internal teams, and contributes to achieving sales objectives in the CIS region.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Support
  • Assist the Director of Sales and Sales Managers in managing accounts within the CIS markets.
  • Prepare proposals, contracts, and official correspondence for clients and partners.
  • Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate client information, booking details, and activity logs.
Coordination & Administration
  • Coordinate site inspections, familiarization trips, and client visits for CIS partners.
  • Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and market analyses.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense reports.
  • Act as a liaison between the CIS Sales team and hotels to ensure effective communication and smooth workflow.
Client Interaction
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries, requests for information, and general correspondence.
  • Follow up on pending proposals, contracts, and payments to ensure timely closure.
  • Support in building and maintaining strong relationships with travel trade partners, tour operators, and corporate clients in the CIS region.
Sales Activities
  • Assist in the preparation and participation of trade shows, exhibitions, and roadshows related to the CIS markets.
  • Track and report monthly sales activities, revenues, and market trends.
  • Support promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives targeted at the CIS region.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in hospitality, tourism, or luxury travel.
  • Strong knowledge of the CIS markets and travel trends is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Russian language proficiency highly preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • Positive attitude, team-oriented, and client-focused mindset.
