Job summary

Cars24 is expanding in the UAE and seeking a Sales Coordinator to manage seamless customer deliveries and front desk operations. You will be the first contact for inquiries, coordinate with stakeholders, and support the sales team with scheduling and administrative tasks.

Ideal candidates bring strong communication, multitasking, and customer service skills, plus experience in sales coordination or front desk roles. UAE driving license is a plus but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service while handling multiple requests.
• Experience in sales coordination, front desk, or customer service is a plus.
• Proficiency in software tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure seamless customer deliveries and complete documentation; customers receive cars without a hitch.
• Manage front desk operations and act as the first point of contact, delivering top-notch service.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to keep operations running smoothly.
• Handle multiple customers efficiently during peak times.
• Sales Support – assist the team with scheduling, follow-ups, and admin tasks.
