Job summary

Mywalit, the Italian luxury leather goods and fragrance brand, is recruiting a Sales Associate for our Abu Dhabi store, represented in the UAE by exotiColors By MAYSARi, a retail group with 30+ shops across the country.

This is a full-time, in-store role presenting premium wallets, bags, accessories and perfumes, understanding each customer's style, and closing sales with confidence in a high-end retail environment.

Qualifications

• Based in UAE
• 1–2 years retail sales experience in luxury/fashion/accessories/fragrance
• Strong sales techniques and customer profiling
• Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages a plus
• Able to meet monthly sales targets
• Presentable appearance and professional attitude

Join Mywalit, the Italian leather goods and fragrance brand, represented in the UAE by exotiColors By MAYSARi, a retail group established in 2009 with 30+ shops and kiosks across the country. We are hiring a Sales Associate for our Mywalit store in Abu Dhabi.

This is a full-time, in-store sales role. You will present premium wallets, bags, accessories, and perfumes, understand each customer's style, and close the sale with confidence.

What you will do

• Welcome customers and provide an exceptional shopping experience.
• Explain the craftsmanship, features, and benefits of our leather products, wallets, and perfumes.
• Offer tailored product recommendations based on customer preferences.
• Explain product care, usage, and after-sales services.
• Promote new arrivals, collections, and seasonal offers.
• Keep merchandise well displayed, replenished, and in line with visual merchandising standards.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Follow company policies on customer service and sales processes.

Working hours: full-time, retail shifts (mall hours), including weekends on rotation.

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE. Only candidates currently based in the UAE will be considered.

Salary: AED 2,350 during probation, AED 2,500 after probation, plus uncapped sales commission, medical insurance and standard UAE benefits.

Requirements

• Currently based in the UAE.
• Minimum 1 to 2 years proven experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury, fashion, accessories, or fragrance retail.
• Strong understanding of sales techniques, customer profiling, and upselling.
• Confident communicator in English with excellent presentation skills; Arabic or other languages are a plus.
• Ability to build rapport quickly with different types of customers.
• Comfortable working towards monthly sales targets.
• Basic computer skills and comfortable using POS systems.
• Presentable appearance and professional attitude.
• High school diploma or higher.
