Mywalit, the Italian leather goods and fragrance brand, represented in the UAE by exotiColors By MAYSARi, seeks a Sales Associate for its Abu Dhabi store. This full-time, in-store role involves presenting premium wallets, bags, accessories, and perfumes, and closing sales with confidence.

You will welcome customers, explain craftsmanship and benefits, offer tailored recommendations, and drive sales while maintaining visual standards. Urdu/Arabic skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years proven experience in retail sales.
• Strong understanding of sales techniques, customer profiling, and upselling.
• Confident communicator in English; Arabic or other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide an exceptional shopping experience.
• Explain craftsmanship, features, and benefits of leather products, wallets, and perfumes.
• Offer tailored product recommendations based on customer preferences.
• Explain product care, usage, and after-sales services.
• Promote new arrivals, collections, and seasonal offers.
• Keep merchandise well displayed and replenished per visual standards.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Follow company policies on customer service and sales processes.
