• Up-to-date product knowledge and minimize stock loss.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and help them select items.
• Convert window shoppers into customers.
• Promote the Club Garments Loyalty Program for repeat sales.
• Provide excellent service and follow the GUEST cycle: Greet, Understand, Explain, Offer, Say Thanks To.
• Be up-to-date with brand names and merchandising guidelines.
• Keep stock outlined and displayed per standard format and VM guidelines.
• Record stock movements and maintain internal/external records.
• Handle the POS and Billing Counter efficiently.
• Balance cash till at start and end of shifts.
• Issue receipts/reimbursements/change to customers accurately.
• Process payments by cash/card/vouchers.
• Maintain security awareness during shifts.
• Be adaptable to varied shifts and overtime.
• Adhere to SOP & Loss Avoidance Plans.
