Job summary

Majid Al Futtaim is seeking a Sales Associate for the Lifestyle Operations segment in Dubai. You will deliver exceptional customer service, understand customer needs, and drive sales across fashion brands within the Majid Al Futtaim portfolio.

The role emphasizes product knowledge, upselling, and maintaining store standards. The position requires a High School Certificate and 1–2 years of industry experience with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

High School Certificate is required.
1-2 years of industry experience.
Good communication skills and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

Be the ultimate champion of customer service standards in line with Majid Al Futtaim guidelines.
Address customer concerns promptly and professionally, escalating to the Store Manager when necessary.
Achieve set sales targets and find ways to exceed them through product knowledge and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
Maintain store standards including cleanliness, tidiness and replenishment.
Comply with store security policies and minimize stock loss.
Use advanced selling skills to support customer needs and generate high value transactions.
Assist customers in locating merchandise across Majid Al Futtaim Fashion brands when not available instore.
