Job summary

ADNOC Distribution is seeking an experienced Sales Accountant to manage high-volume customer billing and AR auto invoicing, ensuring accuracy of hydrocarbon invoices and service bills. You will dispatch invoices with supporting documents and resolve submission issues.

The role collaborates with the Sales Accounting team to safeguard revenue, support audits, and maintain robust financial controls across monthly and ad-hoc reporting processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/ business administration/ Commercial or related field.
• 6 years of accounting experience in a similar environment.
• Knowledge of SAP and Ariba systems and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Process and validate sales invoices in SAP for hydrocarbon products and services.
• Ensure timely submission of invoices to sales managers and relevant departments.
• Maintain accurate AR records and support audits and ICFR requests.
• Coordinate with IT and finance to resolve data integration issues.
