Job summary

House Of Tailors in Dubai is seeking a Sales Coordinator to handle sales coordination, order follow-ups and customer service. You will manage sales documentation and ERP data entry while maintaining records using Word, Excel and Google Sheets. Frequent collaboration with Production, HR and Accounts is required.

Proficiency in English is essential; Arabic is a plus. The role requires daily commuting to Business Bay, Dubai, and a customer-focused approach with strong coordination skills.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Word, Excel and Google Sheets.
• Fashion, textiles or tailoring knowledge is a plus.
• Strong English communication; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sales activities, follow up on orders, manage customer enquiries, prepare sales documentation, and ensure ERP data entry accuracy; liaise with Production, HR and Accounts.
