Job Overview:

Here's your chance to step into the role of Sales Account Manager – Arabian Radio Network - Dubai Holding Entertainment. In this position, you'll take on key responsibilities that include:

  • Develop and grow a portfolio of existing and new clients by identifying opportunities and proposing effective media solutions
  • Prepare and present tailored proposals and pitches based on client briefs, market trends, and audience insights
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close deals to meet assigned sales targets and revenue goals
  • Manage the full campaign lifecycle including booking, creative coordination, execution, and post-campaign reporting
  • Collaborate with programming, traffic, and production teams to ensure smooth and timely campaign delivery
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and media landscape shifts to stay ahead in the market
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of interactions, proposals, forecasts, and client feedback
  • Represent ARN at trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to strengthen market presence

About you:

The preferred candidate for this role should possess the following experience and credentials:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Media, or a related field
  • 5–7 years of experience in media sales, account management, or advertising, preferably within radio, digital, or broadcast environments
  • Strong financial acumen and proposal writing skills
  • Strong understanding of media planning and radio/digital advertising dynamics
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), MS Office, and presentation software
