Job summary

Legnano Teknoelectric Company Middle East, a world leader in cores and laminations for transformers and reactors, seeks a reliable Sales professional in Dubai to support and develop the global market. You will be the main contact for customers, prepare quotations, manage orders and provide post-sales support, while coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales department / customer service in a manufacturing context.
• Accuracy and discipline in the use of CRM and ERP systems.
• Ability to collect and report information about market trends, customer needs and competitors.
• Good financial literacy and commercial awareness.
• Good understanding of industrial products and processes, with the ability to build technical credibility with customers.
• Strong cross-cultural communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with all levels of customers.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop trust with customers as the primary point of contact for assistance.
• Formulate competitive quotations with appropriate technical and commercial considerations.
• Provide daily price, availability, technical support, order management and post-sales support.
• Deliver excellent service and representation through accurate order handling and professional communication.
• Ensure accuracy of documentation including quotation, order, shipping and finance entries.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues (order, technical, payment).
• Available to travel worldwide to support customers and sales initiatives.
• Provide market feedback to Sales team and Management.
• Support Sales team planning and implement sales strategies to grow market share.
• Prepare and analyze regular sales statistics.

Legnano Teknoelectric Company Middle East, worldwide leader in the production of high-performance cores and laminations for transformers & reactors, is looking for its Dubai seat a reliable Sales person to support and develop the global market.

Responsibilities:

• To develop trust with customers to be the first contact point when they need assistance.
• To formulate competitive quotations, considering best available product and appropriate technical and commercial considerations for each individual situation.
• To provide daily support to customers with prices and availability, technical support, order management and post-sales support.
• To provide excellent service and representation to customers through accurate order management, call and meeting handling with professional communications.
• To ensure accuracy of documentation including quotation entry, order entry, shipping, invoicing and finance systems
• To ensure the resolution of customer issues (e.g. order, technical, payment) by coordinating with various teams.
• To be available to travel worldwide.
• To provide market feedback and information to Sales team and Management.
• To support Sales team planning and implementing sales strategies to maximize market share.
• To prepare and analyse regular statistics.

Languages:

• Excellent written and verbal Italian
• Additional language is an advantage

Skills:
