Job summary

Al Marwan Group is seeking a competent Safety Officer to ensure top Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) compliance across our construction and mechanical operations in the UAE. The role focuses on inspections, risk assessments, and enforcing safety standards in a dynamic environment.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in a mechanical field, NEBOSH IGC, IOSH, and at least 24 years of UAE experience in construction or mechanical settings.

Qualifications

• IOSH certification

Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
• Identify hazards and implement corrective actions.

• Monitor heavy equipment operations and third-party certifications.
• Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports.
• Deliver safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness sessions.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree (Mechanical preferred)
• 24 years of relevant UAE experience (construction/mechanical)
• NEBOSH IGC (mandatory) IOSH certification
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations heavy equipment and certifications
• Proficient in MS Office
• Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi mandatory)
• Strong problem-solving and incident analysis skills
