Job description

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Safety Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in landscape works, roads, bridges & utilities, and building construction projects within the UAE.

Key Responsibilities :

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across all project sites
• Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits
• Prepare and implement site-specific HSE plans and procedures
• Conduct safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs
• Investigate incidents / accidents and generate detailed reports with preventive actions
• Maintain up-to-date safety records and documentation

Requirements :

• Minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience in the UAE
• Experience in landscaping, roads, bridges & utilities, and building construction projects is mandatory
• NEBOSH / IOSH certification or equivalent is required
• Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and standards
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
