Job summary

ALBADDAD Group seeks a Safety Officer in Dubai to support the execution of project HS&E programs. You will assist the HSSE Manager with incident investigations, audits, and risk assessments to ensure compliance and safe operations on site.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering and 5–6 years of GCC experience, with a focus on maintaining safety records and ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science or Mechanical/Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5–6 years of experience in GCC.

Responsibilities

• Report to HSSE Manager and support the implementation of project HS&E programs.
• Investigate incidents and accidents, including near misses, and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and inspections.
• Monitor risk assessments and ensure supervisors comply with plans.
• Maintain up-to-date records of injuries, fires, property damages, and first aid.
• Ensure a safe working environment and allocate resources per HSE requirements.

Responsibilities

Report and assist to HSSE Manger in the overall implementation of project specific HS &E program. Assist HSSE Manager for investigating incidents and accidents and determining the cause of incident including near misses and recommend means of preventing their recurrence. Assisting manager for coordinating with internal and external audits , inspections , and decimations . Monitor and ensure the plans and risk assessments are fully observed and complied by supervisors with their respective groups. Keep an up to date organized record of all recordable injuries, fire and property damages including first aid and all other pertinent safety records Assisting the manager for ensuring safe working environment for all employees and allocate adequate resources in line with HSE requirements.
