Job summary

Ready Safety Consultancy is seeking a Safety Officer for a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai. You will monitor workplace conditions, conduct safety inspections, support risk assessments, and ensure compliance with HSE policies and regulatory requirements.

You will deliver toolbox talks and safety training, maintain records and prepare management reports, and collaborate with project teams to implement corrective actions.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH IGC certification is required.
• Bachelor's or Diploma attested MOFA credentials are required.
• 2–3 years of experience in HSE roles.
• Basic English speaking is required.

Responsibilities

• Conducting risk assessments, safety inspections, toolbox talks, and incident investigations, and recommending corrective actions.
• Developing and implementing HSE plans and procedures, maintaining safety records and reports, and coordinating with project teams and external stakeholders to support a strong safety culture.
• Delivering safety inductions and awareness sessions to personnel and supporting continuous improvement in HSE performance.

Role Description:

The Safety Officer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. The Safety Officer will monitor workplace conditions, conduct regular safety inspections, and ensure adherence to HSE policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include supporting risk assessments, participating in accident and incident investigations, maintaining safety records, and preparing reports for management and clients. The Safety Officer will deliver toolbox talks and safety training sessions, promote a strong safety culture among all site personnel, and collaborate with project teams to implement corrective and preventive measures. The role also involves coordinating with external auditors and regulatory bodies as needed to ensure continuous compliance.
