Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to join as an individual contributor. You will hunt for new clients, build relationships across the GCC, and drive growth for our Lexis Create+ solution.

This role requires proven GCC SaaS sales experience, strong negotiation skills, and familiarity with AI-based tools. You will deliver product demonstrations, collaborate with marketing for targeted campaigns, and provide accurate forecasts to management.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in direct SaaS sales within the GCC region.
• Experience in management or workflow solutions is highly preferred.
• Hands-on experience using AI-based sales tools such as Lusha, Gong, Gamma, ChatGPT, etc., with a general understanding of LLMs.
• Strong communication skills: proficiency in English.
• Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence across GCC.
• Identify, engage, and build relationships with key decision-makers in law firms, corporate legal departments, and government entities.
• Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to highlight the value and impact of our Practice Management solutions.
• Work closely with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns that generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitive activity to identify new opportunities and maintain a strong market position.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular performance reports to management.
