Job summary

AIR (Advanced Inhalation Rituals) in Dubai seeks a seasoned Sales & Operations Planning professional to drive demand planning and ERP-driven order execution. You will collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance and Market teams to optimize S&OP processes and improve service levels.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in sales or demand planning, a degree in relevant fields, and familiarity with S&OP. CISCP/CISCM is a plus; UAE market experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field as listed.
• CISCP & CISCM certification is a plus.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in sales or demand planning.
• Experience in Sales & Operation Planning is required.

• Work closely with sales, demand planning, production planning, manufacturing and logistics to manage customer orders and mitigation actions.

Job description

• Work closely with sales team and demand planner, production Planning, Manufacturing, and Logistics to manage customers orders and to create mitigation actions if needed.
• Process sales orders on ERP system and troubleshoot any potential issue to ensure smooth flow of order approval cycle.
• Elevate customer experience by striving to provide excellent customer service levels
• Foster an agile culture, encouraging innovation and continuous improvement.
• Identify and resolve supply chain bottlenecks in coordination with relevant departments.
• Coodinate with Market to gather and analyze data in order to accurately forecast the future.
• Assist on achieving customer order fulfillment objectives.
• Perform a weekly S&OE meeting with Sales/ Market, Operations, Marketing & Finance team to match and ensure the accuracy of the gathered data.
• Support on doing the analysis raw data gathered from different resources to produce variety of ongoing reports for the Sales & Operation Planning process.
• Assist in the documentation of assumptions incorporated in the demand and supply plan and validate past assumptions.
• Evaluate inventory reports to identify slow moving and obsolete inventories and collaborate with the sales team to develop disposition plans.
• Track performance metrics and analysis to identify both opportunities and potential risk within S&OP processes and reporting as well as those across departments; provide insights and recommendations to help improve results.
• Assist to prepare data and material for monthly S&OP meetings that will facilitate decisions around all resources needed to support demand over the S&OP planning scope.
• Promote a safe working environment by ensuring full and consistent compliance in the Company’s safety and health policies, procedures, and statutory requirements.
• Ensure full and consistent compliance in the Company’s Environmental Procedures, local environmental regulations and standards related to waste management.
• Participate in the disposal of waste activities and it’s documentation in conformity with the Waste Management Procedure.
• Report any safety, health and environment concerns observed at work to the Safety, Health and Environment Team.
• Perform other related duties assigned by the line managers.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Sales & Marketing, Economics, Logistics
• CISCP & CISCM, certified is good to have
• Minimum of 3-5 years of proven working experience as a sales executive or demand planning
• Experience in Sales & Operation Planning is a must
