Rosewood Abu Dhabi is seeking a Restaurant Captain in the Food & Beverage team. Reporting to the Assistant Manager - Outlet, you will lead the restaurant floor, guide service associates, and ensure seamless guest experiences with Rosewood and LQA standards.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, conduct team briefings, coach staff, monitor guest satisfaction, and maintain cleanliness and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in restaurant or luxury hospitality.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
• Strong leadership and ability to motivate and develop team members.
• Excellent organizational abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid understanding of restaurant operations, service standards and POS systems.

Responsibilities

About the Role

As a Captain in the Food & Beverage team at Rosewood Abu Dhabi, you will report to the Assistant Manager - Outlet and play a key leadership role on the restaurant floor, supporting daily operations while guiding and developing service associates to deliver seamless guest experiences.

Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing day‑to‑day restaurant operations, ensuring every guest receives attentive, personalized and consistent service, leading by example, maintaining service excellence, supporting team performance and acting as key link between management and service staff.
