Job summary

Bybit in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Senior Trading Product Manager to lead the design and delivery of Direct Stocks and Tokenized Stocks within our global platform. You will partner with brokers, custodians, and engineers to implement end-to-end stock trading workflows across markets.

You will own product architecture, state machines, and reconciliation processes while collaborating with compliance, finance, and risk teams to ensure smooth launches and robust risk controls across

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in trading products, with background in US equities, tokenized stocks, or RWA products.
• Strong understanding of trading workflows and market data.
• Excellent English communication with overseas partners.

Responsibilities

• Own product planning and delivery of Direct Stocks and Tokenized Stocks.
• Interface with overseas brokers, clearing houses, custodians, and issuers; drive API integration and product launches.
• Design US equity trading capabilities including order types and trading sessions.
• Manage buying power, order freezes, trade settlement deductions, and unsettled funds management.
• Develop market data display, NBBO, price protection, and abnormal market data fallback mechanisms.
• Oversee tokenized stocks / mStocks on-chain workflows and on-chain issuance.
• Collaborate with compliance, legal, finance, risk, engineering, and ops across regions.
• Conduct competitive analyses and propose product iterations.
