Job summary

MultiBank Group is actively seeking an experienced Forex Account Manager to drive client acquisition and manage relationships across our global trading platforms. You will advise clients on trading strategies, promote our Forex solutions, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional service.

The role requires a solid background in Forex sales, platform knowledge (MT4/MT5, cTrader), and a track record of achieving targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in forex or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of Forex markets, trading platforms, risk management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build networks and attract high-potential clients.
• Proficiency with MT4/MT5, cTrader and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• New Client Acquisition: identify, target, and acquire new clients for Forex trading services.
• Account Management: build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Client Retention & Network Management: maintain a strong personal book of contacts and low churn.
• Product Advisory: advise clients on Forex products, platforms, and opportunities.
• Sales Presentations: deliver compelling sales presentations and demos.
• Risk Management Education: educate clients on trading risks and strategies.
• Market Intelligence: stay updated on global events and currency trends.
• Sales Performance: meet/exceed targets; report on activities.
• Internal Collaboration: work with research, marketing, support, compliance.
