Job summary

MultiBank Group in Dubai, UAE, is seeking a results-driven FX Account Manager - Russian Speaker to acquire, manage, and grow relationships with Russian-speaking clients and partners. The ideal candidate has Forex/CFD broker experience, strong commercial instincts, and proven ability to convert leads, onboard clients, and deliver a high-quality service in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Account Management, Sales, Retention, or Conversion within a Forex/CFD broker or closely related financial services environment.
• Fluency in Russian and English is mandatory.
• Experience with MT4/MT5 and CRM systems.
• Solid understanding of Forex, CFDs, trading platforms, and market dynamics.
• Proven track record of meeting acquisition, retention, and revenue targets.
• Existing network or book of Russian-speaking clients or partners is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and convert new Russian-speaking clients for the Group’s products and services.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring strong relationship development, retention, and increased lifetime value.
• Build trust with clients through regular follow-up, timely support, and a high standard of professional communication.
• Introduce clients to the company’s product offering, trading platforms, account types, and service features.
• Support clients through onboarding, including KYC processes, platform setup, and first-time activation.
• Follow up on dormant or underperforming accounts to improve activation and retention.
