Job summary

Confidential Company in Dubai is seeking a Russian-speaking Sales Manager to develop and manage business opportunities across Russia and CIS markets and other international markets focused on fertilizers and related chemicals.

The ideal candidate will identify buyers, build distributor networks, manage key accounts, and drive profitable international sales, with strong communication and negotiation skills and an existing CIS buyers network. UAE market experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Fluent Russian is a must; strong command of English is required.
• Arabic language is an advantage.
• Proven track record in B2B/International/Export sales.
• Experience in fertilizers, agrochemicals or related industries is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage sales in Russia & CIS markets, including Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan and other markets.
• Identify and approach importers, distributors, wholesalers and large agricultural companies.
• Generate new B2B leads and convert them into long-term customers.
• Manage negotiations, quotations, contracts and commercial discussions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with international clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding pricing, availability, documentation and logistics.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Existing network of Russian/CIS buyers and distributors will be a strong advantage.
• UAE market experience is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
