Career Land Center is hiring an experienced Runner to support an F&B operation in Kuwait. You will deliver food and beverages, assist the service team, and ensure timely service between kitchen, pass and dining room.

Candidates with prior food runner or waiter assistant roles, ability to work quickly, good English, and willingness to relocate to Kuwait are encouraged. This role offers competitive pay and visa support.

Qualifications

• Basic English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverages from kitchen/bar to guest tables.

Career Land Center is hiring experienced Runners for an F&B company in Kuwait.

We are looking for energetic, organized, and service-focused hospitality professionals who can support smooth restaurant operations by delivering food and beverages accurately, assisting the service team, and ensuring guests receive timely and efficient service. The Runner will play an important role in maintaining service flow between the kitchen, pass area, and dining room.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen or bar to guest tables accurately and promptly.

• Ensure orders are delivered to the correct table according to service standards.

• Coordinate closely with waiters, chefs, Head of Pass, and restaurant supervisors during service.

• Check dishes before delivery to ensure accuracy, presentation, and completeness.

• Support the service team with table setup, clearing, resetting, and side duties.

• Assist with carrying trays, plates, cutlery, condiments, and service equipment as required.

• Communicate special requests, missing items, or service delays to the relevant team members.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations, pass area, and dining areas.

• Support smooth food flow during busy service periods.

• Follow hygiene, food safety, health, safety, and company procedures at all times.

• Maintain professional grooming, appearance, and conduct in line with company standards.

• Assist guests politely when approached and direct requests to the waiter or supervisor when needed.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Runner, Food Runner, Commis Waiter, Waiter Assistant, or similar F&B service role.

• Experience in restaurants, cafés, hospitality groups, hotels, or high-volume F&B operations is preferred.

• Good understanding of basic food service flow and restaurant operations.

• Ability to work quickly, accurately, and efficiently during busy periods.

• Strong teamwork, communication, and coordination skills.

• Positive attitude, professional appearance, and willingness to support the team.

• Physically fit and able to carry trays, plates, and service items safely.

• Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

• Basic English communication skills are preferred.

• International hospitality experience is an advantage.

• Willingness to relocate to Kuwait.
