Job summary

Immensa is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer – SME for rotating equipment to lead end-to-end manufacturing for pumps, compressors, turbines and gearboxes. You will interpret 3D models and drawings, define production routes and coordinate with suppliers.

Reporting to the Head of Project Management, you’ll own OTIF delivery, manage schedules, drive technical data packages, and lead design and process reviews across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing or Production Engineering.
• 5–6 years' rotating equipment experience in oil & gas or heavy engineering.
• Expertise in pumps, compressors, turbines, gearboxes and drivers.
• Ability to read 3D models and 2D drawings with GD&T and tolerances.
• Familiarity with API, ASTM, ISO standards.
• Strong project-management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Interpret 3D CAD models and 2D drawings for rotating components.
• Define and control manufacturing routes and materials.
• Define critical characteristics and balancing.
• Develop and manage project schedules and OTIF delivery.
• Drive supplier execution and review process plans.
• Lead design and process reviews; mitigate risks.
• Coordinate with sales, DFAM, quality, production and customers.
• Review inspection data and disposition non-conformances.
• Support ITPs and API/ISO compliance.
• Estimate manufacturing journey and lead times.
• Coordinate reverse-engineering and spare-parts projects.
