Key Responsibilities

• Support production and maintenance teams during equipment testing and troubleshooting.
• Conduct or coordinate routine surveillance of major rotating machinery.

• Support the Senior Rotating Engineer with schedules, cost estimates, budgets, and technical activities.
• Review spare-parts requirements and confirm availability before planned work begins.
• Coordinate labor, tools, external resources, vendors, and OEM support for maintenance execution.
• Lead or participate in Root Cause Analysis investigations following failures and equipment trips.
• Develop technical solutions and conduct risk assessments to reduce recurring machinery problems.
• Prepare scopes of work for the repair and refurbishment of major rotating-equipment parts.
• Coordinate service work orders, budgets, tracking, and receipt of repaired components.
• Supervise major equipment overhauls and ensure completion according to approved plans.
• Provide technical support to area maintenance and operations teams.
• Troubleshoot chronic machinery problems requiring detailed technical investigation.
• Maintain current equipment-history records and tracking databases.
• Use machinery history to plan the replacement of aged or high-risk components.

Ideal Profile
