Job summary

Delano Dubai, on Bluewaters Island, is seeking enthusiastic Rooms Interns to join the team and gain hands-on experience in a luxury lifestyle hotel. You will support guest arrivals, departures, and daily operations under guidance, learning how to deliver personalised service that creates memorable experiences.

This internship offers exposure to Front Office, Guest Relations and multiple Rooms functions while you develop professional hospitality skills at a renowned brand.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Tourism or related field.
• Genuine passion for hospitality and guest experiences.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a luxury hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and support the team in creating memorable experiences.
• Assist with guest check‑ins/ check‑outs and enquiries under supervision.
• Learn Delano Dubai service standards and apply them to daily interactions.
• Gain exposure to Front Office, Guest Relations and Rooms operations.
• Collaborate across Rooms and other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction.

We are looking for enthusiastic & passionate Rooms Interns to join our team at Delano Dubai.

This is an exciting opportunity for hospitality students looking to gain hands‑on experience in a luxury lifestyle hotel, develop their guest service skills & discover what it takes to create exceptional guest experiences.

Working alongside our experienced Rooms team, you'll gain valuable exposure to hotel operations, learn the art of personalised service & experience the world of luxury lifestyle hospitality.

What You'll Be Doing

Welcome guests warmly & support the team in creating memorable arrival and departure experiences.

Gain hands‑on exposure to Front Office, Guest Relations & other Rooms operations, depending on departmental requirements.

Assist with guest check‑ins, check‑outs, enquiries & daily operational activities under the guidance of the team.

Learn & apply Delano's service standards while bringing your own personality to every guest interaction.

Develop your understanding of guest preferences, hotel facilities & personalised service.

Support the team in handling guest requests and ensuring a seamless guest journey.

Work collaboratively with colleagues across Rooms and other hotel departments.

Maintain high standards of professionalism, presentation & attention to detail.

Participate in training & development opportunities throughout your internship.

Qualifications

Who We're Looking For

Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Tourism or a related field.

A genuine passion for hospitality, guest relations & creating exceptional guest experiences.

A positive attitude, natural curiosity & willingness to learn.

Strong communication skills in English. Proficiency in Russian, French or German would be an asset.

A warm, confident & approachable personality with a genuine enjoyment of working with people.

A team player who thrives in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

Good organisational skills, attention to detail & a commitment to excellent service.

Flexibility to work across different shifts in line with hotel operations.

Previous hospitality experience is an advantage but not essential.
