• 2-year degree in F&B or Hospitality or related major; 2 years experience in F&B or related area.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day Room Service operations and ensure compliance with policies.
• Supervise daily shift operations and staffing levels to meet guest needs and financial goals.
• Train and coach Room Service team; manage amenity packages and VIP gifts.
• Ensure exceptional guest service and handle guest feedback with management support.
• Participate in hiring and budgeting discussions; monitor time and attendance.
