Atlantis The Palm in Dubai is seeking a Housekeeping Clerk - Room Coordination to support the department by monitoring room statuses and coordinating service requests. Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping clerk/coordinator experience preferred.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Familiar with housekeeping and room-turnover operations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate daily housekeeping administrative activities.
• Receive and direct housekeeping requests to the appropriate team members.
• Track requests and follow up to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain accurate room-status information and update records.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Engineering, and supervisors.
• Communicate operational priorities clearly to colleagues and departments.
• Handle inquiries professionally by phone, system, or in person.
