Job summary

Emaar is seeking a Guest Experience Ambassador to ensure exceptional service in a highly empowered environment. Represent our brand throughout the guest journey, delivering a flawless dining experience and maintaining cleanliness and order in rooms, floors, lift landings, corridors and pantries.

The role requires prior experience in a 5-star hotel, at least one year at the same level, proficiency in English, and a high school diploma or higher secondary qualification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct all operational tasks in Housekeeping while living up to service standards and procedures.

• Timeliness in order taking and delivery of requests to guests.
• Prevent complaints and ensure adequate service recovery where needed.
• Pro-actively communicate with fellow Ambassadors, always with the Guest’s interests at heart.
