Job summary

PORT SAEED TRANSPORT & BUILDING CONTRACTING CO L.L is seeking a Surveyor to conduct land and engineering surveys for road infrastructure projects in Dubai. You will operate Leica GPS, Total Station and Auto Level, perform setting out, and prepare field notes.

The candidate should have a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Surveying/Geomatics/Civil Engineering with at least 1 year of experience, strong drawing-reading skills, and proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office. Immediate joiners preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in roads, infrastructure, and earthwork projects.
• Hands-on experience with Leica GPS, Total Station, and Auto Level.
• Strong knowledge of setting out and survey control for infrastructure works.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and survey plans.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and MS Office (Civil3D is an advantage).
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Immediate joiners or candidates available within 10 days are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct land and engineering surveys for road infrastructure and earthwork projects.
• Operate Leica GPS, Total Station, Auto Level, and other surveying instruments.
• Perform setting out for roads, utilities, drainage, kerbs, and other infrastructure works.
• Carry out topographic, route, and as-built surveys; establish control points and benchmarks.
• Verify levels, alignments, and coordinates according to drawings.
• Prepare survey reports, field notes, and coordinate calculations.
• Coordinate with site engineers to ensure accurate execution of works.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
