Job summary

A global construction company in Abu Dhabi is seeking a full-time Transportation Safety Coordinator to implement safety protocols and monitor vehicle safety within their projects. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience, strong knowledge of UAE traffic regulations, and relevant certifications in road safety. This position does not support remote work and requires someone with excellent communication skills to effectively train and influence transport teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in transport safety or road safety coordination.
• Proven knowledge of ADNOC LTS Standards and UAE traffic regulations.
• Strong knowledge of defensive driving principles and legislation.

Responsibilities

• Implement ADNOC Land Transportation Safety requirements.
• Monitor IVMS data for compliance.
• Conduct driver training and maintain records.
• Review Journey Management Plans for safety.

Education

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree

ADNOC-approved Road Safety / IVMS / LTS certification
