Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop governance frameworks and quality management processes for rail projects.
• Establish governance mechanisms reviewing design deviations.
• Lead governance reviews ensuring projects meet requirements.
• Direct compliance with technical standards across projects.
• Oversee project quality and implementation progress.
• Lead governance of Pilot, PAC, and FAC processes.
• Direct project risk reviews, monitoring technical and quality risks.
• Evaluate technical deviations and claims for approval.
• Ensure timely reporting of project progress and governance status.
• Investigate technical non-conformities and implement actions.
• Drive initiatives to strengthen governance and quality practices.
• Standardize governance reviews and quality assurance practices.

Education

Bachelor’s degree / Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Railway Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering

Master’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or Transportation
