Job summary

Al Marwan Group Holding in the UAE seeks an experienced Estimator for road and infrastructure projects. You will handle tendering, quantity take-offs, BOQ analysis, cost estimation and rate build-ups to support competitive bids.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering with 3–5 years of relevant experience, and is proficient in Excel, CESMM, and subcontractor evaluation basics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• 3–5 years of experience in roads and infrastructure estimation and tendering.
• Strong knowledge of BOQs, drawings, specs, and quantity measurement.

Responsibilities

• Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, BOQs, and contractual requirements.
• Prepare accurate quantity take-offs, cost estimates, pricing sheets, and detailed rate build-ups.
• Obtain, analyse, and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.
• Identify BOQ discrepancies, scope gaps, commercial risks, and cost implications.
• Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure competitive tender submissions.
• Support tender clarifications, commercial evaluations, negotiations, and final submissions.
