Job summary

Al Marwan Group is seeking a detail-oriented Estimator – Roads and Asphalts to support tendering and cost estimation for road and infrastructure projects. You will review drawings, BOQs, and specifications, preparing detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates while ensuring competitive bids.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of experience in asphalt estimation and road projects, UAE experience preferred, with strong MS Excel and analytical skills to support cost analysis and market-rate

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in asphalt estimation or road projects (UAE preferred).
• Strong knowledge of asphalt production and paving operations.
• Ability to interpret drawings, BOQs and technical specifications.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project scope for tendering.
• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates for asphalt works.
• Estimate production costs (bitumen, aggregates, fuel, manpower, equipment).
• Coordinate with operations, procurement, finance and QA/QC teams.
